Mitch was born in Auburn, California and raised in Riverton, Wyoming. He grew up hunting and fishing and loves the outdoors. Mitch started out in the nursing field and grew to realize he was better suited for business and numbers. He graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2000 with his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. For the last 19 years he has worked for corporations such as Vanguard, TIAA-CREF, Chase, Scottrade, and TD Ameritrade. He has worked from the bottom up starting out in the phone center and advancing to Wealth Advising.
Mitch has been married for 22 years to his wife Paula and they have 4 beautiful children. In 2016, after having called Arizona, Colorado, and Washington state home, they landed in Alaska. They were mesmerized by the beauty of Alaska while watching nearly every Alaskan reality show on television. Relocating to Alaska has brought so much joy and abundant blessings. In their spare time, Mitch and his family enjoy trips to the Kenai Peninsula and especially Homer.
